Still waiting for promised service

I purchased a Bosch freezer from Hirsch's Centurion on 29 March 2026. At the time of purchase, the salesperson confirmed that the door opening side could be changed, and I requested this service. The freezer was delivered on the same day, but the delivery person informed me that the door reversal must be done by technicians. I waited about four days and then contacted Hirsch Centurion, where I was told I needed to speak to the salesperson to arrange this. I did so again. It has now been over three weeks, and the door has still not been changed, nor have I received any further communication.
