Still waiting for my delivery

I placed an order on the 20th of August for a Samsung B-Series Soundbar - HW-B450/XA, the status has been Awaiting Stock ever since. When I called the call centre I was told it's 3 to 7 working days that I should wait, it has now been more than 10 Working Days and the lady said I should expect an email from her regarding my order and I'm still waiting for that email. Funny enough this product is still being advertised and on special but it is not in stock. This is pathetic and I shouldn't be waiting this long for something I have paid for.
