STAY AWAY from Hirsch's - Shocking after-sales service!!!

Purchased an air fryer (Instant Vortex) from Hirsch's Silverlakes and the 1st time we tried to use it (3 days after purchase) discovered it was faulty (some of the touch buttons not working & baking function not working properly). Took it back to the store (5 days after purchase) and the staff were very rude, obnoxious and not helpful at all - they refused to refund and/or exchange the product for us in-store... I have NEVER had this experience from ANY other store before, especially when returning a product within 7 days of purchase. Will NEVER shop with Hirsch's ever again and would NEVER recommend them to anyone else!
