Stay away from Hirsch's and Samsung you have been warned

Do yourself a favour and never ever buy from Hirches home store, We bouth a top loader from them that was faulty from the start, loose drum that knocks while spinning, washing powder stuck on clothes, the machine is now no longer under guarantee and we now need to buy a new machine. They sent a technician from Samsung, who caused the hole problem this technician came to inspect and said there is nothing wrong and thats where the problem started with them. The technician told us to take the powder and mix it with hot water and add to the machine to avoid the powder from getting stuck to clothes. We then did another call out and Samsung came again and replaced the agitator. This didn't change anything and we had to live with this problem because we couldn't get a refund or get the faulty appliance repaired. The machine now causes stains that looks like black oil on clothes, and this oil stain is permanent. This review is both for Samsung and Hirsch's. Never buy from them once they have your money, you will never get it back ever.
