Staff knowledge on products lacking. All they are interested in is selling.

Took the advice of the salesperson and bought the 'Best washing machine deal in store' only to be disappointed by the product. Purchased a LG washer Dryer 2 weeks ago. was quite clear on what i needed. walked from brand to brand and was led back to LG as being the best in the store. I called after the first use for advice as the experience was far worse that the LG washer Dryer i had for 16 years. They completely misunderstood my feedback. insisted that a technician be sent out. Received a call from LG to make arrangements for technician to visit and then the reason for my call was completely wrong. Received a follow up call back from Hirsch's to ask if the technician arrived. Needed to explain the reason for my initial call all over again. still disappointed that the item purchased did not fit my needs as explained and enquired about the possibility of returning the washing machine. immediately got cut off by the lady calling after saying " i'll speak to the manager and call you back". Should've known that was another lie and quick way to end the call. Needless to say... R9000 later we now have a ****ty product...no call back from the manager and probably no opportunity to return. YOU ABSOLUTELY SUCK. I wonder how many other customers have been **********!!!!!
