Springfield Hirsch's they don't take accountability

They don't take accountability on their mistakes, been having issues with this shop since I started dealing with them. Firstly they delivered a broken machine. Secondly they recommend a Whirlpool machines for my laundry business, when the machine broke I'm told that the machine does not have guarantee with the nature of business I'm doing but when I was buying nobody told me about this guarantee issue, they even asked me to pay extra 3k to extend my warranty. What matters to them is to make sales, if you have a problem you're on your own.
