Spares and repairs from Hirsch Umgeni

My fridge was diagnosed via my insurance company with a broken compressor. I proceeded to Hirsch spares- umgeni Park durban. I was offered a brand new compressor with a 6 months warentee/ guarantee and 3 months repair guarantee. Having paid for the compressor and for a Hirsch service technician for the repairs. 5 days later the Hirsch service technician completed the installation. Tested on site everything functioned just fine. However 3 days later the fridge started warming up. Upon the arrival of the Hirsch technician, I was informed I was sold a faulty compressor. Contacting Hirsch I was informed the compressor carries no guarantee. All levels of discussions has failed to resolve this problem. I now sit without a fridge and soiled food stock. Very disappointed with the poor service from Hirsch Umgeni Durban
