Spare part for Refrigerator

On 26 Feb 2015 I went to Hirsch's to order a bottom bottle shelve for my refrigerator. I was assured that the factory has stock and it should take no more than a week. So I paid and left. On 20 March 2015 I went to find out what was happening. The person who assisted me then tried to get hold of the spares dept of Whirlpool but since it was taking too long to get hold of anybody there and I had other things to do the person told me that he would phone as soon as he gets an answer, so I left. On 26 March I went there again to find out what is happening, so he phoned again, this time they apparently sent the spare to their Durban branch. I was assured that he would make certain that they sent the part back here and that it should be here by Tuesday, 31 March. Lo and behold the Freezer broke as well so I phoned on Tuesday to log a call and find out what happened to the spare part. It still didn't arrive but it should be here today, Thursday 2 Apr and that I would be called within 36hrs to 48hrs. Today is Thursday and Easter and I still have not heard anything from Hirsch\s. I buy all our appliances there and is very disappointed with the (lack) of service!"
