Sneaky price change before "15% Discount" special

On 21 Sept 2017 I received a SMS from ABSA informing that ABSA Rewards clients can get 15% off all refrigeration and air conditioning, as well as another 2.5" cash back on the ABSA Rewards program. Immediately I checked out Hirsch's website, since I was considering purchasing a freezer. Soon I identified a suitable freezer. I planned everything for Monday, removed my bakkie's canopy, to facilitate loading the said freezer. Calculated the total discount I would receive. Monday morning I went to the Strubens Valley branch. To my utmost disappointment, I learned that somewhere over the weekend, the price on the freezer changed. It was R300 MORE!!! What a ****!!!! Notifying the sales lady, she recommended I speak to the manager, Julian Moode****. He came up with a bunch of lame excuses, like the price on the website is a promotional price. I requested him to show me where it says "promotion". I showed him the manner in which Game and Makro's websites displays promotions. Very clearly and also indicating the normal price. He said he does not have control over the website and said the website price is different from the store. This is hogwash. Nothing short of a LIE. I am very disappointed with the sneaky manner in which I was lured under false presences to the store. I would probably avoid Hirsch's and recommend all my friends, family, clients and colleagues to do the same. Perhaps the CPA will assist me in this matter, as I believe I was deceived by Hirsch's.
