Smegg bad service

<p>on saturday 4th feb I bought a R25000.00 Smegg stove from Hirschs and paid up front as is the case. I collected it and in transit something happened and the glass broke. I blamed nobody and paid for a new glass. today is the 3rd of march smegg told me Hirsch gave them the wrong part number. Hirschs tell me that smegg told them my stove is fixed. ! month without a stove and 2 of the biggest companies in south africa are playing "he said,She said" I am disgusted</p>
