SMEG overpriced and bad quaity

We renovated our kitchen at bought 7 very expensive SMEG appliances. Washing machine was out of order within the first 6 months and they refuse to replace it but insisted on having it repaired. It is once again out of order. Had to wait more than 2 weeks for HIRSCH to call me back and I am still waiting for a technician to come out and repair the machine once again. Absolutely acceptable service and SMEG is a very disappointing and overpriced brand
