Smeg Machine Purchased at Hirsch's

We purchased a Smeg washing machine during 2021 with an extended warranty plan. This machine does not live up to the expectations of a brand like Smeg. The machine had problems, and indeed Smeg replaced the machine with another. Several service technicians attended and provided no solution. The original complaint was excessive vibration and noise. This issue persists; however, more seriously intermittent tearing of expensive clothing is occurring. Hirsch's claim they are waiting for feedback from Smeg. We are not happy. The extended warranty appears toothless.
