Smeg gas stove

I just wanna take this moment and thank Mr Alex a manager at Hirsch’s store in Somerset west capetown after I have been bul**** and traumatised by Hirsch’s online store..I bought Smeg gas stove cash via online store and went to collect it myself at Somerset but upon arrival at home noticed that one side is dented i immediately reported the matter but no one wanted to reason with me I tried several times, Mr Alex did not have a problem sorting out this matter but he needed a go ahead from online however he did it coz he organised Smeg people to come to my place and change the dented part.. I salute you sir for spectacular job you have done for me you have no idea how stressful I was and being pregnant at the same time, I will never buy anything from Hirsch’s online again they treating people like trash and they don’t care..
