Smeg defected product

This company is absolutely useless when it comes to product defects.

We bought a over and stove Smeg set 2 Jan 2021,a week later it was installed and i realized that it was discolored and let them know immediately.

Its been months and no one has been competent enough to get back to me regarding this. Its not a cheap product and i will never purchase anything from them again
