Smeg after sale service is non- existing

I purchased a smeg fridge in November 2021, In early Feb 2022. The fridge stopped cool. I called hirsch to schedule a service/ call out,on Monday 7 feb . Today is Friday 11th Feb and no one has been to inspect the fridge.

Please be aware of buying smeg products, the service is terrible
