Shockingly poor service

I truly wish there was a way to give a negative star rating for Hirsch's Germiston..

I called their spares department on Sunday the 6th September for an O ring for my pressure cooker. I left my number with a Ronel who said she was busy and would call me back.. Cut a long story short, after numerous calls to Hirch's and three hours later I was told that they think they may have the right part, but they weren't sure. it could be an O ring for a coffee machine........

I drove out to the store and after checking the O ring, we discovered that it was not the correct O ring. Ronel told me she would order the part and let me know when it arrives.

It is now Wednesday.... I have still not hard a thing from Ronel.... I called the store and spoke to Chrissie who said she would get back to me and apologized for the inconvenience. I then get a call from Ronel who tells me a sop story about dropping her phone and losing my number... I understand accidents happen, but she wrote my number down on Sunday already.

To surmise, it is now Wednesday afternoon and I still do not have the O ring for my pressure cooker. Hirsch's now only wants the model number of the pressure cooker so they can order the correct O ring. WHAT A JOKE.

Would I recommend Hirsch's Germiston? NO Would I ever buy from Hirsch's Germiston again? NO

This is the most "I don't give a dam" service I have EVER received from an establishment. Yes, it is a R20 item but that is not the point... I will shop around and find the O ring elsewhere.
