Shockingly bad service & useless extended warranty

I am completely overwhelmed by the shocking service I have received from Hirsch's. I bought an extended warranty and was assured that if I had a service issue with my appliance (in this case my stove) a technician would be at my house within 48hrs... I have been waiting for 6 weeks to get my stove repaired!!! I call almost every day and am assured that someone will contact me the following day to get a service booked in... and every day no-one calls and when I call to follow up there is some kind of excuse. I have had a lot of patience but now its going on 6 weeks and nothing has been done! The customer service is SHOCKING! I always was happy to buy from Hirsch's before - and have been a repeat customer of 6 years! - and had had very good service, but this is ridiculous and I will never buy from them again!! Be careful of being disappointed if you purchase products or extended warrantees from Hirsch's.
