Shocking shoddy service at HIrschs

Purchased a new SMEG oven on 19 November, to be informed that the oven will be delivered on the Wednesday of that week. Hirsch's asked if the delivery could be changed which was agreed to. Delivery was due for 28 November. On 27 November, Monday night at 21h00, I receive a phone call to ask if the stove could be delivered at this time (21h00). I was flabbergasted that no one called during the day to inform me. The stove was delivered on Tuesday, 28 November around 12noon. Lo and Behold the back lip was not included in the delivery - was promised that it would be delivered during the course of the day - and if not during the day then after work on Tuesday. I am still waiting. No telephone call follow up from management (who I had contacted during the course of the day) or from the Salesperson who guaranteed that it would be delivered today. The Sales person was very quick to make the sale and take my money - but she does not offer any after sales service and neither does Hirsch's . They in it to get the deal and not worrying about the customer service. And to top it - the rate is more than their competitor. They always advertising how competitive they are - definitely not!
