Shocking service from HIRSCH for LG microwave

I took my LG microwave into Hirsch's Fourways, Gauteng, SA store. The button that you push to open the door was sticking. It was less than 1 year, so was under warranty.<br> Hisch's said it would be sent to LG and I will hear back from them in 3-4 days.<br> After 2 weeks I had not heard anything, so I phoned, they said that it had only been sent to LG on the Friday(1 week later). I then phoned again on the Tuesday and they said it would be with them on the Wed. When I called on Wednesday they said they had received goods back from LG but not my microwave!! On Thursday when I called they had no further news and saId they would phone and get back to me. I am now still waiting!!
