Shocking service

We bought a fridge last week and paid straight away. The fridge was supposed to be delivered the same day, and then they said sorry maybe the next day. We paid delivery as well, and we were told that they didn't have more stock and would we accept the fridge on the floor. We said yes as our fridge was broken and we really needed the fridge. They promised delivery. Now it's a whole week later, full price plus delivery paid, and still no delivery. We paid a domestic worker to sit and wait in our flat for the whole of yesterday and again today, and still no delivery. It is shocking service and has cost us an absolute fortune.
