Shocking performance by Hirsch's and Smeg. They don't seem to want to deal with a faulty item and it seems that their preferred method of dealing with it, is to keep pushing us away till we give up and leave them alone. Oh, and the extended warranty seems to be conveniently forgotten about. Complete waste of money.
