Shocking customer service

We initially went to Hirsch's seeking some guidance on a cooling solution. We were given great customer service and ended up purchasing an item as we were told we could return it with no problems if we wernt happy. Two days later, we went to return the item and we were told the Hirsch's return policy is a 30% handling fee or offer store credit. This is absolutely ridiculous we were not explained the return policy even after asking. We are very unhappy and will never go back. The customer service is shocking. They are unaccomodating. Do not recommend this store!
