shocking customer service

I purchased a black Defy oven from this store. It was scheduled for delivery yesterday. After waiting most of the day with no word, I eventually contacted them only to be told they were running late and I would only get it today. Today they first went to the incorrect address (despite the sales person being given the correct information) and then delivered a white stove when I had purchased a black one! I am now waiting for the salesman to call me back, as he said he would, to confirm whether he can arrange for delivery of the correct unit today... I Have already waited several hours with no word...
