What is going at Hirch’s Centurion? My hoover gave issues after 3 months. I took it back more then a week ago. I had to phone them twice to find out what is the feedback. Finally got feedback yesterday to only get a phone call now with a different story. Still leaving your customer without the appliance. Your service department is useless!
