SERVICE THAT SUCKS

<p>Contacted salesman Ashely on 29 May 2017 at Springfield Pardk Hirsch - Durban, reported the problems I have with my SMEG stove, for which I bought an extened warranty, hee took all my details, no follow up call from him, I also expressed dissatisfaction with 1 of their technicans and that I did not want that technican to call at my home. On 30 May I contacted Hirsch Springfield Park again to find out the status of my call, to be told by Ashley the call has been logged and that a technican will be out on 1 June 2017, which I accepted, however no one turned up, I called Hirsch Springfield again only to be told that Ashley was off sick, spoke to his buddy Geeta, she assured me a technican will be out to assess the stove, technican alled me and said he will only be able to come after 5 pm, which I found rather starange, however i agreed wanting my stove sorted out, when the technican came in after 6 pm he had a look at the stove, adjusted 1 gas burner, said the two legs and the electric stove plates are cosmentic and will not be covered in the extended warranty. Well that was not what I was told when I bought the extened warranty, was told everything will be covered, won't have to worry about a thing, I ask you is the stove plate not a working component of the stove, and without plates or burned there is no stove. After the technicans visit I had no response from Hirsch. I called Geeta again and advised her of my meeting with the the technican and what he advised, she was confused, she also confirmed that the plates were working components of the stove, she said she will call the field agent Shirley and will get back to me, she did call me back, stating they had a discussion and they were awaiting the service manager to approve the repair and also quote me on the legs to be replaced, as the manager was in meetings the entire day, I suppose he is in serious meetings as it is now 5 days and there has been no follow with regards to my calll and what decision has been taken. I calleed Hirsch Springfield Park today, Ashely still off sick and Geeta Day off ???. Please be careful when you purchase from Hirsch and also be very clear of the extended warranty, as it is a hoax, just anoter way for them to make extra money from the customers, with a false promise, that customers don't have to worry about any repairs. IT IS BULLDUST.</p>
