Service repair disaster

<p>I bought a high end defy oven from hirsch about 3 years ago. It has never worked properly e.g. takes ages to heat up, can't cook anything based on expected time to cook, the fan stays on, when it goes off the fan again starts up without warning and eventually goes off again. Under warranty it was "fixed" several times and since under extended warranty we've also been patient in trying to get the problems resolved but with no luck. Each time we get parts replaced (with a 4 - 6 week wait) and still the stupid thing doesn't work. Hirsch are terrible at turn around, don't keep you informed and seem to not give a hhoot that you are without the ability to cook for your family of 5 for months on end... I wouldn't recommend them! And if you are buying there - always get the extended warranty because you will need it!!</p>
