Service Excellence makes me a customer for life

I would really like to take the time to compliment Hirsch's Ballito Branch on fantastic customer service.<br> <br> Not only did I receive excellent service and advice when purchasing my new juicer yesterday but the salesman and his team took the time to change my flat tyre (which we discovered upon leaving the store).<br> <br> I really think that this was a 'going the extra mile' moment. My flat tyre had nothing to do with their job description and yet they were more than obliging in assisting me.<br> <br> Unfortunately, I didn't get everyone's name, but Dan Reddy and the rest of his team definitely deserve a commendation and medal for customer care. <br> <br> Customer for Life!
