Service delivery is pathetic

<p>I ordered a microwave part on the 12/11/2015 and to date the part has not been delivered nor ordered???Numerous calls to the parts department in Umhlanga has been fruitless. The last call received was to check what the model number is in order to get the part ordered???? Yet all this time I was being told that the part has been ordered and they are awaiting delivery. I am not impressed with the attitude and service received. I have been patient for far too long. I want an urgent response to this matter.</p>
