Service and repairs

We booked a service call for our dishwasher that was leaking. The call out was booked, the technician came out and said the pipe to the outlet had perished. As we took out an extention warranty for 5 years we did not want to replace it ourselves. The part would have been ordered the Monday, taking into consideration that a pipe is a part that is freely available. I followed up on whatsapp with the technician and was not even dignified with a response, it is now Thursday and not so much as a call from either technician or Hirsch service giving us any form of update. I most definately am dissappointed as I buy all my home appliances from Hirsches.
