Sells faulty items and takes no responsibility

Extremely disappointed in Hirsch's customer service. They sold me an airfryer which produced a hairline fracture on the housing after I owned it for a month. They have accused me of dropping the device when there are NO dents, scratches or impact marks. Don't bother with their extended warranty as it is also FULL of loopholes. They're there to take your money.
