Selling incompatible stoves and not resolving any issues.

Bought a Defy gas stove from Hirsch's 6 weeks ago. connected it to the City Gas supply and it malfunctioned.

Contacted Hirsch's Dunkeld and was advised that Defy would make a service call. Defy notified us that the jets are not compatible to the City Gas supply and should have been supp**** by Hirsch's along with the unit.

Contacted Hirsch's yet again. No this unit does not come with compatible jets. Defy will need to supply the jets at additional cost. They will supply me with a quote. this was 2 weeks ago.

Between Hirsch's selling me an unusable unit, Defy giving me the wrong information and Hirsch's terrible customer service, I am intent on returning the unit as soon as possible as these people are equally useless.
