Selling broken appliances

I bought a Samsung fridge from the Hirsch’s website. It was delivered broken. I went in store and they said they would log a service call. No one called me. I phoned Head Office. They said the service call was not logged and they can’t help me. I must phone the online department. I called them and was told a service call was logged. Again nothing transpired. I then spoke to the service manager. She assured me she would contact Samsung and would and me with the details and someone would phone me. No sms and no phone call.

Hirschs sell broken appliances and refuse to repair them. After speaking to 4 people no one will sort out them problem.
