Salesperson blatantly lying to customer

Blatant *****, your salespeople are supposed to be your ambassador's for your business. After phoning Hirsch`s Strubensvalley and speaking to a lady to make sure you have a 20cm Greenpan in stock for R409.99 as advertised on your website,( which I was told is in stock at said price.) I get to the store and the same person then tells me sorry we don't have stock of the product. I am not amused by your service.
