Rude to customer and back customer service

I renovated my kitchen in 2011 and in June 2011 bought my Defy Oven, chimney and hob at Hirsch Meadowdale, Germiston.<br> <br> My oven caught alight on 24/2/15. 25/2/15 - I went to Hirsch to purchase a new bottom element, which had broken, which resulted in a fire. Thankfully I was able to put the fire out. You don't expect a element in a oven to burn out when a oven is 4 years old! I was then sold the incorrect size element by a rude sales guy. The following morning I was eventually received the correct size. The another sales guy \ Paraveen Govender"said he'll email Jenny Smith of Defy to come and inspect my oven"
