Rude manager & no understanding

Before ordering a cooker online, I phoned them to confirm that it is the same as the previous model I ordered 18 months ago and clearly stated that I want the same cooker because it comes with a rotisserie.

A cooker without a rotisserie was delivered. Apparently it is the same model but does not come with rotisserie anymore. Now the rude manager at the online section tells me (even though I phoned to confirm facts) I did not mention a rotisserie when I enquired and that I should have checked the specifications of the model myself before ordering it.

When I requested a refund, she said the cooker will be collected, for which they will refund me only in 2 weeks time but that I will not be refunded the delivery fee.
