Rowan is the best at Hirsch Strubensvalley

Rowan at Strubensvalley Hirsch has provided me with the best service possible over the past 2 years! He honestly has gone out of his way to make sure I get the best value for my money, that the items get delivered to the house and that I am happy with the delivery. My oven also needed a service part, and he was on leave. He came back to work, saw I requested a service from Smeg and out of his own, phoned and asked whether he can assist and follow up. He honestly is one of the best people I have ever worked with on a sales floor, and he is very willing to help always! I think he is one of the best assets Hirsch has and they should know that. I now only support Hirsch due to the excellent service I receive from Rowan, and if they do not have stock, I will wait for Hirsch to get stock rather than going to a different retailer.
