Rotten service

I have been a long time customer at Hirsch and often purchased using an EFT because I don't have time to go into the store. I ordered a fridge for urgent delivery and explained that I would do a Std Bank EFT. Since their bank is also Std Bank, it reflects immediately. All they had to do was verify the credit on their bank account. I asked for delivery the next day. I arranged for my secretary to communicate with them regarding the delivery, which never happened. Akram just never followed up to see that payment reflected (which it did). I cancelled the order. Then Julian phoned & tried to put things right by delivering that day and by deducting the cost of the transport (a measly R250 which they would give me as a voucher). I stupidly agreed to go ahead. They were supposed to phone 20 mins before the delivery so my secretary could let them in at my house. She got the call, left for my house & then waited 2.5 hours for them to arrive. Not a word of apology - and I am still waiting for the voucher. I understand that they may get ****med from time to time, but they need to learn to trust regular customers. As a result they have lost a good customer.
