Rotten Product

I bought a Hi Sense 12 kg washing machine in November 2022 and in mid December I noticed that the machine is faulty, I made Hirschs aware of it the sent a technician to have a look at it, after days of enquiries the Hi Sense technician came to my house with second hand parts to fix a brand new washing machine. Long story short my machine is still not fixed and Both Hirchs and Hi Sense told me that because the technician stated the problem is fixed therefor they won't exchange my machine and that I need to fix it.

A machine that is less than 3 months and I need to fix it if I want to keep it even though the product is faulty.
