Ridiculously rude!!!

I called them in a space pf 3months constantly and they never got back to me, yet when i was purchasing my stove ther forced me to take the extended warranty!! So i called today an this chantal lady was so rude and spoke to me so badly!!!! Pathetic hirsch!!!!!
