Reputable company gives terrible service.

<p>Sad to say but Hirsch Durban has given me the most unsatsifactory service.</p> <p>For weeks day in and day out I have to contact them with regards to my fridge. I had to throw away hundreds of rands worth of food. They keep charging me , yet they do not even know what's wrong or how to fix it. Take it to their warehouse and do nothing. </p> <p>They say when they order the part, it is guaranteed. When they fit the part it is not guarenteed. </p> <p>For such a reputable company, this service was appauling and unacceptable.</p>
