Repairs

At Hirsch's Strubnsvalley there's a kitchen showroom run by Ranesh Sukhai. He stalled my kitchen in November 2014 for which I paid a lot of money, now the drawers are not closing, doors are hanging on one hinge and handles are falling. I have been calling, emailing, leaving messages for him to come and fix my kitchen for almost 6 weeks now and all I get is empty promises of him sending his people or coming over to fix my cupboards. I am at my wit ends now I don't know what more I must do to get this guy to come fix his work. I must say his services has been very poor right from the beginning even when he was working at my place he doesn't come on site to check on his workers, he doesn't send people out as agreed and I don't even think he did a proper hand over at the end of the project but he's very very good at pricing.
