Repair - what repair?

I wanted a simple repair done on my oven and contacted Hirsh's repair centre in Durban. I have paid out around R1100.00 and am still waiting for them to complete the repair after 2 weeks. Their excuse - Defy has closed for the Xmas holidays. My wife has just found a repair service who can source the small part required. Done in less than 20 minutes. Big fail by Hirschs
