Repair to Smeg gas stove

I bought a Smeg gas stove from Hirsch's over 5 years ago. The warrantee is no longer valid.<br> The oven is giving me problems. I reported it to Hirsch's who contacted Smeg and within 24 hours a technician was at my home and did the repair within 30 minutes by replacing the thermal coupler. The call out and replacement part cost only R665.00.<br> This is great service for a product that was no longer under warrantee.<br> I was kept abreast of the repair request via email and telephone calls.
