Refused to swap a broken brand new tv screen after THEIR negligence

We just bought a brand new Hisense tv from Hirsch's Centurion for R10 000 after we finally gave up on our current Hisense tv which broke and was repaired twice (after weeks of trying to organize a repair) and broke again now. The tv was loaded into our car face down as we were told this is how they load it. We were not offered a delivery service. The tv has an apparent 4 year guarantee. The drive home was uneventful. As we unboxed and put the tv on, the screen was cracked and not working. We immediately returned the tv to Hirsch's. The manager Mr Mark Duckham merely shrugged his shoulders and said the tv was fine when it left the store and that it must have gotten damaged by us because the box is fine. He said there is nothing he will do and I guess they made a sale. We didn't even own the tv for half an hour. I cannot believe the unaccountability and atrocious service. I hope they feel proud of their sale. We still dont have a working tv and just spent R10000

Hisense will repair the tv at our cost at R9400. This is unacceptable
