Refund outstanding

Bought 2 aircons and paid R19800 plus on 20th January 2018.Goods delivered on the 25th January,only one installed as the contractors took a wrong measurement.The 1 aircon was returned with contractor same day 25th Jan.After phoning Hirsch air con on Monday 29th Jan. I was told the Refund would be in my account on the 31st Jan. Today the 31st Jan I received a call from the Hirsch agent asking for credit card details so they can pay into my card account.I received an email from Mr Richard Hirsch advising me that the refund would be in my account today anda copy of the eft would be sent me.As of this evening no refund received or eft sent and my request for a credit note emailed to me with the value of the refund Totally ignored.
