REFUND FOR REPAIRS

We waited for over 2 months to get our microwave repaired through Hirsch's only to find that it is still not working. I have sent several emails to Hirsch's but we are getting nowhere. We would like our money back for the repairs that are not working. We have bought thousands of rands of appliances at Hirsch's but based on this service I doubt we will ever do so again.
