Reconsider buying at Hirsch's ever again.

Reconsider buying at Hirsch's ever again. Bought a Defy fridge/freezer in January 2018. First repair December 2018 as freezer compartment didn't work. February 2021 same issue reappeared, so called 'fixed' to have the same terrible noise after 2 days. Two senior technicians came for an assessment, now waiting for a 3rd one. How many assessments need to be done before someone takes responsibility? My next purchase was a Hoover vacuum cleaner in April 2009, after a couple of weeks it broke down, brought it in for repair. Only four weeks after the repair the motor exploded. Got a Phillips vacuum cleaner , sold with 1 bag in the box , only to find out that the bags were not available. Did several follow-ups with the different branches in Fourways and Hyde Park but nobody bothered to call me back. How can you sell a vacuum cleaner if you do not store the bags??
