I left hirschs centurion at the end of November, working conditions are so poor and they really take advantage of us. From the owners to management.<br> A few of us joined a union last month to improve our situation.<br> Magda Mitton the HR manager called all of us to persuade us to leave the union.<br> Her statement to me, was that only BLACK people will get promoted , I am Indian & believe that everyone should have an equal chance, but clearly not at hirschs, Its a disgusting company with Margerat Hirsch even telling the warehouse guys that she has so many houses, cars and money, that she can close the store down if they don't quit the union.
