Promises not kept from Hirschc's

Bought a Samsung microwave from them with an extended warranty. Within two years the machine failed to work. Was repaired under warranty. Exactly two years later the same problem. Again took it in for repairs to have it repaired early July this year. Came back went to fetch it and it failed therein the store to work. Was told it would be send back again to be fixed. Came back damaged and we didn't take it. Was told they will have it sorted. Went back yesterday 26 September 2018 to collect it. Got it was told it was checked and worked fine. Got home set it up and ques what it doesn't work. Hirsch is clearly playing for time to see the extended warranty pass and then walk away leaving us with a worthless machine. Where is there promuse of if we cannot fix it will be replaced. Disgusting is all I can say.
