Promises

We purchased a Bosch Tabletop dishwasher from Hirsch's Pietermaritzburg ( that branch has since closed) in August 2013. Invoice ***. This is still under guarantee. I phoned Hirsch's Homestore on 3 February and was told within 24-48 hours we would be contacted by a technician. I have been phoning daily with promises of follow up and return calls to let me know the status but these never happened. Asked for the name and email of the store manager, which I was given and sent 2 emails without response. The only time I was phoned back was on Friday 6 February to tell me that a followup was being made and that I would be phoned (again). This never happened. Monday 9 February I phoned again and was promised that followup would be made and I will be advised according. This never happened. I am appalled at such poor after sales service and the empty promises made without a response from the emails sent.
